On the good side
The last few days have been very busy for our neighbourhood team!
The team alongside DVSA, Road Harm Prevention Team, partner agencies and with the help of some of our colleagues from STECHFORD and YARDLEY NORTH and SHELDON, conducted a road safety operation near Lode Lane and Coventry Road. Multiple vehicles were seized and traffic tickets issued.
We also visited Valley Primary School infant site and conducted an event with the school. The children were shown the police cars with all its lights and sirens and played dress-up with police hats and coats!
We have made some arrests, recovered a cloned vehicle and a stolen vehicle from LYNDON AREA, and continued our patrols targeting burglaries and vehicle crime, but also ASB and drug hot spots which resulted in numerous stop and searches within LYNDON area and drugs taken off the street.
